The company is committed to maintaining strict confidentiality of all reports and ensures that no retaliation or unfair treatment will be directed towards the whistleblower.
Processing Procedure:
Once we receive the report, we will contact you for confirmation within three business days.
The company will initiate an internal investigation based on the report and will notify the whistleblower of the outcome upon the conclusion of the investigation.
